The Love of God Foundation will accept requests for grants until the Monday before Thanksgiving.  Each year, at the Board Meeting in December, we consider the requests we have received and then make a decision on which organizations we will feature and support with our fundraiser(s) the following summer.  Occasionally, we may also give out smaller grants in January, depending on circumstances.

All grant requests must:

• Include specific information on the charitable organization-- its name, location, mission statement, purpose, population served, funding sources, etc.
• Be a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization.
• Indicate the organization’s specific need(s) & how the money will be used.
• Provide contact information (names, phone numbers, mailing addresses, e-mail addresses, web addresses, etc.) so that we can get more information if needed.

Grant writers should feel free to include any other information that might help us in our decision-making process.
